Basic Photoshop for Flower Loving Photographers

Workshop with Grant Beedie
Event Date

Are you a Flower Loving Photographer who wants to learn some very basic, easy to follow editing techniques to transform your images to the next level?

Does the idea of using Adobe Photoshop seem like it would be too difficult to learn for you?

Have you tried online tutorials or read books on Photoshop and it's still been too much information and too hard to pick up?

If this sounds like you, then please read on!

My name is Grant Beedie and I'm an Award Winning Macro/Flower Photographer, based in Christchurch. I have been running Macro/Flower Photography Workshops in Christchurch and Wellington for over 6yrs now and been a Flower Photographer for over 15yrs.

After running dozens of Workshops around the Country, one of the things that many of my clients have said to me is that "Photoshop seems too difficult to learn"
I can completely understand this, as it certainly can be a complex software to master. I have learned a handful of very basic techniques over the years that I feel could help anyone who struggles to use Photoshop and I am now running my very own Beginners Photoshop Workshops specifically for Flower Photography enthusiasts who wish to learn these very easy to follow techniques.
Very laid back and easy to follow for any age group.

All you need to bring is your laptop, mouse and power cable and we are good to go. I will be sharing a few of my very own images with you and will guide you through a very simple process of editing in order to transform the image into something more special.

Feel free to check out my work on Instagram @macrophy (all my images here were edited with the very techniques you will learn!)

Email - macrophy@hotmail.com to book your spot or to ask any questions. There are 2 workshops, one from 10am - 11.30am and the other is 12pm-1.30pm.

Grant Beedie is a Nationally recognized Macro/Flower Photographer, originally from Scotland, but based in Christchurch since 2004. In 2019, Grant won the D-Photo 'Amateur Macro Photographer of the Year' Award and has done many talks at Camera Clubs Throughout New Zealand as well as judged many competitions.
